June 4 Wednesday was our first field trip to Connemora County. We made several road side stops to photograph. Our bus drive found many great spots to take pictures. We went to see Kylemore Abbey, a castle that a man built for his wife. On the grounds was a huge garden that had some flowers in blum, but most everything was newly planted. There was a Gothic Church on the grounds. After we left the castle, we went to the National Park. In the park was mountains and hiking paths. Ben and I were determined to get to the top. We almost made it but we ran out of time. It was a lot of work, but definitely worth the view.
